Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your Newton account and the associated personal data at any time, through either of these two ways.

Option 1 — From the app

  1. Open the Newton app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Option 2 — By email

Write to privacy@newtonapp.io from the email associated with your account, stating that you wish to delete it. We may ask you to verify your identity before proceeding.

What is deleted

  • Your profile and login credentials.
  • Your trip history, points and rewards.
  • Preferences and usage data associated with your account.

What we may retain

We may keep certain information on a limited basis where a legal obligation exists (for example, billing or fraud-prevention records) for the periods required by law. This data is deleted or anonymized once those periods elapse.

Timeframe

We will complete deletion within a maximum of 30 days from the verified request.
