Terms of Use

These Terms govern the access to and use of the Newton application and services (the "Service"), provided by CODX Digital ([RAZÓN SOCIAL COMPLETA, p. ej. CODX Digital, S.L.]), with registered address at [DIRECCIÓN FISCAL COMPLETA] and tax ID [CIF / NRT]. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The service

Newton is a mobility application that turns users’ trips (by car, motorcycle or bicycle) into routes, points, rewards and experiences. Some features may be limited to certain geographic areas during the beta phase.

2. Registration and account

To use Newton you must register and be of legal age under the laws applicable in your country of residence. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms third parties.
  • Fake trips, manipulate geolocation or use automated means to fraudulently obtain rewards.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, or access it by unauthorized means.

4. Road safety

Newton must not be operated while driving. Always comply with traffic regulations. Road safety is your responsibility: do not interact with the app in a way that compromises your attention to the road.

5. Rewards and in-app economy

Points, rewards and virtual items in Newton are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated, and are subject to the specific conditions of each promotion. We reserve the right to adjust the in-app economy to preserve its integrity.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, trademarks, logos and content belong to CODX Digital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. No rights are granted other than the right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" during the beta phase and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms and the Service. We will inform you of material changes by reasonable means. You may stop using Newton and delete your account at any time (see "Delete account").

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, the law of the Principality of Andorra for the pilot area. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts under applicable consumer law.
